Return Process

  Visit our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the shoebox is protected.

  Label and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our lab team verifies the condition of your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
